PMC Responsibilities
- Provide qualified personnel with the necessary

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Construction Management
- Comprehensive structural assessment of existing structures (Steel and RCC), and repair if required.
- Develop and implement construction management plans.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
- Monitor and control construction progress and quality.
- Manage subcontractors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Commissioning and start-up support.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Develop and implement quality management plans.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards.
Documentation
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Prepare project reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain project manuals and operating procedures.
Project Management
- Develop and maintain the project schedule, budget, and resource plan.
- Establish project reporting mechanisms and
communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, progress, review, etc.)
- Ensures adherence to project quality standards and procedures.
